FAQ

A: Yes! We allow you to come in 15 minutes before your scheduled event to set up and get settled in before your guests arrive.

A: Yes! We are not a food establishment. We allow you to bring in any food or drink you want, including alcoholic beverages. Of course, you are responsible for anyone who consumes alcoholic beverages at your event.

A: Yes! We generally have LOTS of ice available. Just ask for some when you arrive.

A: Please do. We are not a food establishment. But we do try to keep very plain and generic paper products available in case you forget to bring some or if you do not bring enough.

A: Your deposit holds your reservation and gets applied towards the total cost of your party. You can pay the balance any time from when you arrive for your event until the end of your event.

A: Absolutely! We only allow one event to be booked at any time. So, if you only booked one floor and more people show up than you expected, you can upgrade your event to include the other floor to allow your guests more room.

A: As long as there isn't another booked event after yours, yes you can. We charge $50 for each additional half hour you add. It's usually best if you can call us and let us know of your intentions ahead of time so we can make the appropriate arrangements beforehand. But we understand sometimes its a spur of the moment decision and we will do our best to help accommodate.

A: We are not a food establishment. But we do happen to be renting our kitchen out to the best pizzeria in town! Because they are a separate business, you will get a separate bill from them for your food if you order anything.

A: Sorry, that is almost impossible to determine. But we do have a suggestion. Write the following statement on your invitations: "Please RSVP for the Address of the Party." This should help you get a rough idea on how many people to expect.

A: We do not. We only allow private parties. We do our best to make sure everyone who enters our doors are here for your party. If you see someone who should not be in the building, let us know and we will escort them out.
